Trump stirred up the angry Left and its sycophants in the “mainstream media” earlier this week when he announced, via Twitter, that he was going to look into the problem of voter fraud.

Eyes rolled. Heads shook slowly. Is this some sort of weird obsession with the president? What’s his deal, anyway?

Yes, this issue likely is an obsession of the president’s, but not for the reason the angry Left believes. In order to “Make America Great Again,” Trump wants to also make America’s electoral system trustworthy again, for he suspects that true-blue voter fraud is much more real than any phony Russian election hacking narrative.

And guess what? Many experts agree with him.

As reported by The Daily Signal, the Department of Justice, when it launches its presidentially-directed probe, is liable to find many instances of systemic voter fraud. That will necessitate the launching of a much broader investigation which will turn up even more evidence, say the experts.

In recent days, Trump suggested that there may have been as many as 3–5 million ballots cast illegally on Nov. 8, and he suggested that as the reason why he lost the popular vote to Democratic challenger and two-time presidential loser, Hillary Clinton. (RELATED: Say, what’s she up to these days anyway? Find out at Clinton.news)

In particular, Trump is not concerned as much with illegal aliens voting as he is with voter registration rolls being compromised and incomplete, with “the dead” voting and other people voting in several districts (more on this in a moment).

A legal organization took action this week to prevent additional voter fraud in the future. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, which focuses on voter integrity, reached a consent decree with Noxubee County, Mississippi, which, amazingly, has had voter registration that actually exceeds the number of county residents – since 2011. A consent decree is a legal agreement between parties that does not acknowledge any guilt on the part of either party.

The Daily Signal noted:

“The decree includes requiring the county to identify dead voters on the rolls, clear voter rolls of former county residents, and mail all registered voters who have been inactive since January 2011.”

The organization last week also sought to force the release of information regarding non-citizens who are registered to vote in Manassas, Virginia. A spokesman for the Public Interest Legal Foundation, Logan Churchwell, said it will be a good thing now that the Justice Department won’t simply leave the task of discovering and reporting voter fraud to non-profit groups to deal with.

“We need to know how many noncitizens are voting and know the unknowns,” Churchwell told The Daily Signal. “Trump could just enforce the law. The giant research project he tweeted about, or had a series of tweets about, is worthwhile and only something the federal government could do.”

The DS reported earlier that estimates put the number of non-citizens who voted in the November elections illegally at around 800,000, according to Jesse Richman, an associate professor of political science at Old Dominion University. To reach that figure, Richman extrapolated data from a 2014 study that examined illegal vote casting in the 2008 and 2010 elections.

Why isn’t there a bigger outcry about this from the media? Because most voter fraud helps the Democratic Party, and the Washington establishment media is essentially the Democratic Party’s propaganda division.

This was laid bare recently in an undercover sting operation launched by Project Veritas. As reported by The National Sentinel, undercover journalists for Project Veritas managed to record a Democratic election official in New York City admitting that voters are bussed from district to district to cast ballots for Democrats.

The video of that sting is below:

In addition, the Obama administration, The Daily Signal noted further, went out of its way not to enforce “motor voter” provisions in federal law that require local governments to keep voter registration rolls current. Also, Left-wing organizations like the ACLU have gone to court to stop states from requiring voters to produce a legal photo ID before being allowed to vote. (RELATED: Read about more failures of bloated, ineffective, politicized bureaucracy at BigGovernment.news)

An investigation into voter fraud is not going to be very hard, said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group.

“You can see the numbers we are talking about by looking at public voter registration lists and cross-checking that against a list of noncitizens,” Fitton told The Signal. “The federal government could coordinate with state and local governments and determine who registered to vote illegally. It’s a simple process. That’s why the left is so upset. They know the jig is up.”

FRAUD: Some Trump voters say electronic ballots are switching to Clinton in battleground state of Pennsylvania /votefraudnews/2016-11-08-fraud-some-trump-voters-say-electronic-ballots-are-switching-to-clinton-in-battleground-state-of-pennsylvania.html /votefraudnews/2016-11-08-fraud-some-trump-voters-say-electronic-ballots-are-switching-to-clinton-in-battleground-state-of-pennsylvania.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-11-08-fraud-some-trump-voters-say-electronic-ballots-are-switching-to-clinton-in-battleground-state-of-pennsylvania.html As voters head to the polls all around the country today, it didn’t take long for reports of potential vote fraud to surface.

As reported by KDKA, voters in Clinton Township (no kidding) who cast ballots for Republican nominee Donald J. Trump have reported that their electronic ballots were being switched to his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton.

Election officials in the small town located in Butler County confirmed to the station that yes, there were some issues with two of their eight automated voting machines. They said most of the issues occurred when voters tried to cast straight-ticket ballots.

But others said they specifically wanted to vote for Trump, but then watched in frustration as their vote switched before their eyes to Clinton.

“I went back, pressed Trump again,” Bobbie Lee Hawranko told KDKA. “Three times I did this, so then I called one of the women that were working the polls over. And she said you must be doing it wrong. She did it three times and it defaulted to Hillary every time.”

Pennsylvania state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe issued a statement saying that anyone who encounters voting issues of any kind should immediately inform election officials, but also call their county bureau of elections, as some people have already done.

Election officials said they recalibrated the machines and assured everyone that the issue was resolved. But that begs a couple of questions: Weren’t the machines calibrated already, prior to votes being cast? And if so, how could they fall out of calibration after voting began?

Trump has warned repeatedly that he believes he is facing a “rigged” electoral system, and indeed, there have been a number of reports of vote fraud leading up to the election. In fact, he has called on voters to make sure that, if they’re using electronic machines, their votes are accurate.

Looks like The Donald’s warning was prescient.

Voter fraud: CA resident finds about 90 ballots marked with the same address, mysterious names /votefraudnews/2016-11-08-voter-fraud-ca-resident-finds-about-90-ballots-marked-with-the-same-address-mysterious-names.html /votefraudnews/2016-11-08-voter-fraud-ca-resident-finds-about-90-ballots-marked-with-the-same-address-mysterious-names.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-11-08-voter-fraud-ca-resident-finds-about-90-ballots-marked-with-the-same-address-mysterious-names.html Regardless of what the authoritarian leftists have done in order to ensure that we don’t question their twisted motives, all the evidence points to the fact that there is a severe problem with voter fraud in the United States. Thousands — if not millions — of votes are placed across the country that are fraudlent. If they are not under the name of a dead person, they are duplicate votes that should not exist either.

Because of this, it’s no wonder that the Democratic Party fights so hard against passing laws that would make it significantly more difficult to commit voter fraud. They are the ones who benefit from this act of corruption since they cannot receive an adequate number of votes based solely on merit. Even when you consider the brainwashed masses, the American people at large are intelligent enough to know that there is no hope for the future of the DNC.

If you need more evidence to the fact that there is a major voter fraud problem, consider what recently happened to California resident Jerry Mosna. Mosna recently accidentally received 83 unused ballots in the mail — all of which were addressed to people with different names, each supposedly living in the single apartment next door to Mosna. The man realized there was something extremely wrong going on, so he turned the ballots into the local police department, which is currently investigating the case.

The Los Angeles County Registrar’s Office issued a statement which read, “We are carefully reviewing our records and gathering information to fully identify what took place. Our preliminary assessment is that this appears to be an isolated situation related to a system error that occurred causing duplicate ballots to be issued to an address entered for a single voter. We are working directly with the system vendor to ensure the issue is addressed and to identify any similar occurrences.”

News like this makes it extremely difficult to take the voting process seriously. It has been proven that there is so much corruption in United States politics that believing that individual votes matter can be a tough task. Still, numerous elections throughout history have been extremely close, so it is our duty as freedom-loving Americans to make our voices heard and get out to the polls on election day.

This election has a lot riding on it and we need to take that into account. The longterm freedom of the United States is always at risk, so we have to do our part to make sure that it is safe. We have to fight voter fraud with honesty and integrity. It’s up to us, people.

Oath Keepers to oversee voting across the nation to report voter fraud /votefraudnews/2016-11-04-oath-keepers-to-oversee-voting-across-the-nation-to-report-voter-fraud.html /votefraudnews/2016-11-04-oath-keepers-to-oversee-voting-across-the-nation-to-report-voter-fraud.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-11-04-oath-keepers-to-oversee-voting-across-the-nation-to-report-voter-fraud.html An organization founded on a pledge to defend the Constitution, individual liberty and freedom will send members to various polling stations on Nov. 8 to monitor balloting and help protect against voter fraud.

The group, Oath Keepers, is launching what they are calling ‘Operation Sabot 2016′ — in response to the various reports of voter fraud that have surfaced in the past several weeks. In addition to those reports, videos produced by the undercover investigative journalism group “Project Veritas” appear to depict operatives for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton organizing efforts to commit massive voter fraud. Although it’s not being reported across mainstream media, Clinton’s illegal efforts are out in the open, with even GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump warning voters about the situations surrounding voting.

The Project Veritas videos feature Scott Foval, the Deputy Director at People for the American Way — a far Left political action group. He was filmed stating, “It doesn’t matter what the legal and ethics people say, we need to win this motherf%&#er,” and, “It’s a very easy thing for Republicans to say, ‘well they’re bussing people in.’ Well you know what? We’ve been bussing people in to deal with you f%&kin’ a%$holes for fifty years and we’re not going to stop now, we’re just going to find a different way to do it.”

Many are reminded of the 2008 incident in Philadelphia where members of the New Black Panther Party were seen outside polling stations armed with clubs, taunting and intimidating voters. While officials with the Bush Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division filed suit against Maruse Heath, leader of the Philly chapter, and some of his colleagues, the corrupt and politicized Obama Justice Department later dismissed most of the case.

Stewart Rhodes, founder and president of the 30,000-strong Oath Keepers, told NewsTarget that members will keep a low profile at polling stations and will not be wearing organizational clothing or uniforms. That’s because, he says, he doesn’t want to be accused of intimidating voters, and because those who may seek to commit fraud will not know they are being watched.

The objective of the operation is to simply observe in the background and video document any cases of suspected voter fraud and report it to the proper authorities.

As to what members are being told to look for, Rhodes gave an example of a van pulling up, spewing out voters and then those voters returning to the van after casting ballots, and perhaps bragging about “heading to the next station.” At that point Rhodes said members would alert other Oath Keepers at local polling stations to keep an eye out for the van.

They will also be on the lookout for blatant, open attempts to intimidate voters, as well as any signs of terrorism.

He also noted that it was obvious from the Project Veritas revelations that voter fraud is not only real, but something that the Left has been doing for decades – hence the need to monitor the polling stations.

“The American people are sick of it,” he told NewsTarget.

While Rhodes said Oath Keepers as an organization does not endorse political candidates, he made it clear he believes a Clinton presidency will be extremely harmful for the country, something he described as an “extinction-level event.”

TEN cases of serious voter fraud in Texas alone: and dems say it’s not rigged? /votefraudnews/2016-10-21-ten-cases-of-serious-voter-fraud-in-texas-alone-and-dems-say-its-not-rigged.html /votefraudnews/2016-10-21-ten-cases-of-serious-voter-fraud-in-texas-alone-and-dems-say-its-not-rigged.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-10-21-ten-cases-of-serious-voter-fraud-in-texas-alone-and-dems-say-its-not-rigged.html ANALYSIS/OPINION:

As Donald Trump takes on the Republican establishment, Democrats and the mainstream media, he’s telling supporters they’re fighting against a “rigged” system, rife with voter fraud and those eager to protect the status quo. The left, predictably, says this type of talk is “dangerous” to the integrity of our electoral system, and then glibly asks for Mr. Trump to prove his voter fraud allegations.

Article by Kelly Riddell

This is where the left is wrong: The argument isn’t whether voter fraud is real, but how widespread it is. Here’s 10 examples documenting that voter fraud isn’t a myth and how Mr. Trump’s claims aren’t just speculation.

1. Dead people voting in Colorado.

A CBS affiliate’s evidence of voter fraud in Colorado in September sparked an immediate investigation by Secretary of State Wayne Williams. A report in Denver exposed multiple incidents in recent years where dead Coloradans were still voting. A dead World War II veteran named John Grosso voted in a 2006 primary election, and a woman named Sara Sosa who died in 2009 cast ballots in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Mrs. Sosa’s husband Miguel died in 2008, but a vote was cast in his name one year later.

2. Illegals found voting in Virginia; only discovered after they self-reported.

A study by the watchdog Public Interest Legal Foundation found in just eight Virginia counties, 1,046 alien non-citizens successfully registered to vote. These aliens were only accidentally caught because when they renewed their driver’s license and self-reported, telling authorities they were a non-citizen. This study doesn’t even include the metropolises of Fairfax County and Arlington. Moreover, the FBI opened an investigation in the state after 20 dead people turned in applications to vote.

3. Some Pennsylvania citizens voting twice.

Last year, Pennsylvania’s secretary of state admitted data showed more than 700 Pennsylvania voters might have cast two ballots in recent elections, yet said she’s powerless to investigate or prosecute double voters.

Nearly 43,000 voters in Pennsylvania had potentially duplicate registrations in either Pennsylvania or other states, data researcher Voter Registration Data Crosscheck found.

4. Illegal voters uncovered in Philadelphia; half had previously voted.

At least 86 non-citizens have been registered voters in Philadelphia since 2013, and almost half of them have cast a ballot in a recent election, watchdog Public Interest Legal Foundation noted this month. The number was only turned up after officials received specific requests from the voters themselves to remove their names from the rolls.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” Joseph Vanderhulst, the watchdog’s attorney, told LifeZette on Oct. 5. “Who knows how many are on and don’t ask to be taken off?”

5. Voter rigging triggers probe in Texas.

This week, allegations of voter fraud in Tarrant County, Texas, prompted a state investigation. The suit focuses on mail-in ballots, which allows for people to vote from their homes without any ID or verification of identity. There’s concern of so-called “vote-harvesting” were political operatives fill out and return other people’s ballots, without their consent.

6. Indiana voter fraud investigation grows to 56 counties.

According to a local NBC report, Indiana State Police are in the midst of a statewide investigation into possible voter registration fraud.

“Police believe there could be hundreds of fraudulent voter registration records with different combinations of made up names and addresses with people’s real information,” NBC 12 reported.

The police encourage victims of suspected voter fraud to report it to Indiana’s secretary of state.

7. Three under investigation in Oklahoma for voting twice in the presidential primary.

An investigation is underway into three Comanche County, Oklahoma, residents who voted twice in last week’s Presidential Preferential Primary, according to the local ABC 7 News station, KSWO.

“All three submitted absentee ballots before showing up to their polling place on March 1 and voted again in person,” the report said. “The Comanche County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the case and will interview all three of them before handing the case over to the district attorney.”

8. Election fraud in Kentucky.

A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a Pike County man in June on multiple felony counts of election fraud in connection with last month’s statewide primary.

Keith Justice, 50, has been charged with four counts of intimidating an election officer and one count of interfering with an election officer in Pike County.

9. Underage voters found voting in Wisconsin’s presidential primary.

Brown County election officials in April found six cases where underage voters cast a ballot in the state’s presidential primary. County Clerk Sandy Juno told a local reporter that six 17-year-old students registered and voted. Despite five of the students presenting a valid ID, poll workers never looked at the date of birth on them or on the registration forms they filled out, Ms. Juno told local news website wearegreenbay.com. In one case, the student used a report card as identification.

10. Voter registration cards sent to illegals in Pennsylvania.

In September, the secretary of state’s office in Pennsylvania mailed about 2.5 million voter registration postcards to people who are not registered voters, but are licensed drivers. Secretary of State Pedro Cortes admitted to the House of Representatives that seven people had reported that they received voter registration cards in error, self-reporting.

State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, a Butler County Republican who chairs the State Government Committee, said in September testimony that there’s several problem’s with the state’s voter registration system.

“There’s certainly the potential for hundreds, if not thousands, of foreigners here legally and illegally to be on our voter rolls, and a certain percentage who are casting ballots,” Mr. Metchalfe told LifeZette. “We’ve got a lot of integrity issues that need to be addressed.”

Voter fraud: Dead people are voting /votefraudnews/2016-10-19-voter-fraud-dead-people-are-voting.html /votefraudnews/2016-10-19-voter-fraud-dead-people-are-voting.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-10-19-voter-fraud-dead-people-are-voting.html A Halloween horror story has come to life a few weeks before the holiday actually takes place, but this ghost story is not as delightful as the ones told around the campfire. It seems as though dead people are voting all throughout the United States, but their corpses are not rising from the grave and stumbling to the polling booth — no, they have become victims of voter fraud.

This is what happens when voter registrations that are connected to deceased individuals remain in use. While liberals across the country have claimed that this really isn’t much of a problem, the statistics prove otherwise. See, it was recently reported that a staggering 18 million invalid voter registrations exist in the United States, which is more than enough to sway an entire election in one way or the other. It’s also shocking that somehow this level of corruption was able to slip through the cracks. That is, unless the federal government has been involved all along, which is never out of the question.

John Gibbs of The Federalist reports that there is a reason why the leftists continue to push their narrative, stating, “The science of criminal justice tells us that many crimes go unreported, and the more ‘victimless’ the crime, the more this happens. The fact is, a person attempting to commit voter fraud is very unlikely to be caught, which increases the incentive to commit the crime.”

To say that this is a frightening fact is a huge understatement. We should all be way more upset about this than most appear to be. After all, the right to vote should be much more sacred than it is, having this level of fraud attached to it. Our voices should matter — they shouldn’t be drowned out by 18 million fakes. It also begs the question: which party is receiving the most benefit by these fake voters existing? Perhaps the fact that we don’t know for sure is the reason why members of both the Republican and Democrat parties have been mostly silent on the issue — they know that it could be helping them get elected.

That’s the kind of behavior that we should all be trying to vote against, though.

Somehow this story would be much less frightening if zombies crawled out of the ground and began showing up at the polling places. At least there’s no widespread government corruption in that scenario.

‘How to Commit Voter Fraud on a Massive Scale’: Part II of Project Veritas Investigation into Clinton Network /votefraudnews/2016-10-19-how-to-commit-voter-fraud-on-a-massive-scale-part-ii-of-project-veritas-investigation-into-clinton-network.html /votefraudnews/2016-10-19-how-to-commit-voter-fraud-on-a-massive-scale-part-ii-of-project-veritas-investigation-into-clinton-network.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-10-19-how-to-commit-voter-fraud-on-a-massive-scale-part-ii-of-project-veritas-investigation-into-clinton-network.html

Part one in O’Keefe’s investigation unraveled what appears to be an elaborate web of Democrat-trained provocateurs who have been instigating violence at Republican events nationwide throughout the 2016 election cycle, including at several Donald Trump rallies, using a tactic they called “bird-dogging.” O’Keefe’s team has also uncovered evidence that Democratic consultants may have been relaying messages to and from Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and super PACs using a system one consultant called “the Pony Express.” Campaigns and Super PACs are not permitted by law to coordinate with each other.

Article by Rebecca Mansour

In the preface to the second video, O’Keefe states that the first video “blew up on social media, but sources have told us that several large corporate media outlets are afraid to cover our discoveries for fear of future retribution from a Hillary Clinton administration. Truth is dangerous especially when it challenges power.”

This second investigation features an undercover Project Veritas reporter posing as a Democratic Party donor brainstorming an elaborate voter fraud scheme to fraudulently register people to vote in various states using the lax voter registration policies currently in place.

Like O’Keefe’s first video, the second also prominently features Democratic operatives Robert Creamer and his colleague Scott Foval, who was removed from his position at the leftwing advocacy group Americans United for Change on Monday as a result of O’Keefe’s investigation. O’Keefe notes that at the time the second video was shot, Foval “worked for People for the American Way, an organization funded in large part by George Soros.”

In the video, Foval is heard saying, “We manipulated the vote with money and action, not with laws.”

He then explains:

It’s a pretty easy thing for Republicans to say, ‘Well, they’re bussing people in!’ Well, you know what? We’ve been bussing people in to deal with you fuckin’ assholes for fifty years, and we’re not going to stop now. We’re just going to find a different way to do it. So, I mean I grew up with that idea. They used to bus people out to Iowa. If they needed people there we’d bus people out to Iowa.

Foval also discusses the problem of being caught, stating, “The question is, whether when you get caught by a reporter, does that matter? Because does it turn into an investigation or not? In this case, this state, the answer is no, because they don’t have any power to do anything.”

Foval suggests that the voter fraud scheme could potentially be implemented “on a much bigger scale. You implement a massive change in state legislatures and in Congress. So you aim higher for your goals, and you implement it across every Republican-held state.”

He then speculates on “the ripest environment to do it in”:

Honestly the ripest environment to do it in? Two, within striking distance. Michigan, Indiana. Least restrictive donation caps and campaign finance laws and investigative arms, and any of that. Like they have weakened it so bad in those three states, you could fuck your mother in front of the governor and not go to jail. If you have enough money to do this.

Creamer, as Breitbart’s Joel Pollak reported, is “a veteran Chicago activist and convicted felon who is thought to have planned Democrats’ political strategy during the push for Obamacare in 2009 and 2010. Creamer is also the co-founder of Democracy Partners, a consulting group that, according to Project Veritas videos, apparently contracts directly with the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, and that works with an array of super PACs and consultants to organize, film and publicize their provocations.”

Foval is heard in the second video saying:

Bob Creamer is diabolical and I love him for it. I have learned so much from that man over the last twenty years, I can’t even tell you. And he calls me to be his firefighter a lot of the time, because there are people who in our movement will not do what it takes to get shit done. And I’m not that person. I’m the one they send when everything has gone to shit. And so he spends a lot of time on the phone with my boss asking me to go places that I don’t wish to go.

While the second video captures Foval and the Project Veritas undercover reporter brainstorming about the voter fraud scheme, O’Keefe notes that “Creamer hesitated to help our ‘donor’ pull off the voter fraud scheme that Foval crafted.”

However, Foval did put the Project Veritas “donor” in touch with another leftwing operative who appeared more receptive: Cesar Vargas.

As O’Keefe explains: “Vargas is an interesting character. He is the co-founder of the Dream Action Coalition, a New York lawyer, and is a dreamer himself. Born in Mexico, Vargas is an undocumented alien. He has known Bob Creamer for years.”

In the video, Vargas is heard saying about the voter fraud scheme:

Like I said, this is not gonna happen this election. So I think it’s about, for us, let’s see who the next president is. If it – if it’s Donald Trump, it even makes more sense. The issue will be more credible and it’ll give us more opportunity to jump in there. If it’s Secretary Clinton, and the voter ID laws are losing and we have much more opportunity to vote, and we have immigration reform, it’s not going to be as significant, right?

When the Project Veritas reporter points out that this would be “voter fraud,” Vergas replies, “It’s civil disobedience.”

The video ends with a clip of Foval stating, “We have to do a better job of making our people do what they’re supposed to do. Not asking them. Making them. Not expecting them and taking them for granted, but beating the shit out of them.”

O’Keefe notes that more videos in this undercover investigation “will continue through the election.”

Update:

J. Christian Adams, the President and General Counsel of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, has filed a legal complaint with the Federal Election Commission against “Hillary for America, the Democratic National Committee, Democracy Partners, Americans United for Change, and other known and unknown individuals and groups” based on O’Keefe’s second video investigation.

Adams issued the following statement to Breitbart News:

American voter rolls are corrupted with unacceptable numbers of aliens who are illegally registered to vote. Groups should not be coordinating with campaigns and political parties to exploit vulnerabilities in our election system. We hope this matter is fully investigated and that if aliens are voting, they are prosecuted by the Justice Department. That would mark a change in DOJ policies of the last 7 years.

As the complaint notes, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is “is a non-profit educational and legal foundation dedicated to protect the right to vote, preserve the Constitutional framework of American elections, and educate the public on the issue of election integrity.”

Voter Fraud Rising /votefraudnews/2016-10-05-voter-fraud-rising.html /votefraudnews/2016-10-05-voter-fraud-rising.html#respond Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 http://162.244.66.231/votefraudnews/2016-10-05-voter-fraud-rising.html There is already evidence that voter fraud is being perpetrated in critical battleground states like Virginia and Colorado a month before Election Day.

Article by Matthew Vadum

Voter fraud is commonplace. Completely eliminating it is impossible. The most policymakers can do is create laws and policies that attempt to minimize it.

Voter fraud is unlawful interference with the electoral process in an effort to bring about a desired result. Voter fraud is also called vote fraud, election fraud, and electoral fraud. It refers to fraudulent voting, impersonation, intimidation, perjury, voter registration fraud, forgery, counterfeiting, bribery, destroying already cast ballots, and a multitude of crimes related to the electoral process.

Reasonable people can disagree over how serious a problem voter fraud is in today’s America, but the evidence it actually exists cannot be ignored.

This is where people on the Right and Left differ. Conservatives think fighting voter fraud is important; liberals and progressives don’t care — and many of them go further, arguing that voter fraud is an imaginary problem.

News of the illegal voting in Virginia and Colorado comes as Republican candidate Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed in campaign speeches that the system, including the electoral system, is “rigged.”

Trump has been issuing this warning about the election for months. After a series of anti-voter fraud laws were struck down in several states by federal courts, the candidate raised the possibility that people will vote over and over in the election, voting for which is already underway in many states.

“There’s a lot of dirty pool played at the election, meaning the election is rigged,” Trump said two months ago. “I would not be surprised. The voter ID, they’re fighting as hard as you can fight so that they don’t have to show voter ID. So, what’s the purpose of that?”

People will be able to vote “multiple times,” he said. “How about like 10 times. Why not? If you don’t have voter ID [requirements], you can just keep voting and voting and voting.”

In fact the Left has made it easy to commit voter fraud. Bill Clinton’s Motor-Voter law of 1993 opened the floodgates to fraud.

Nowadays the Left unfairly influences election outcomes by fighting electoral integrity laws in the courts, often enjoying great success. On Sept. 9, a federal appeals court blocked a proof-of-citizenship requirement on a federal mail voter registration form in Alabama, Georgia, and Kansas. This year alone federal courts have blocked voter ID laws to varying extents in North Carolina, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

The danger of the national vote being compromised is real, according to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson who has acknowledged that cyber attackers could engage in massive electronic vote fraud. At least 18 states have asked Johnson’s department for help. The agency says the electoral systems of more than 20 stateshave been targeted by cyber criminals.

Now Americans are learning that there are at least 1,046 non-citizens on the voter rolls in eight counties in Virginia, according to a new report released jointly by the Virginia Voters Alliance and the Public Interest Legal Foundation. No proof of U.S. citizenship is required in Virginia to register to vote.

“Virginia election officials don’t seem to care that thousands of aliens have corrupted their voter rolls,” by unlawfully registering to vote, J. Christian Adams, the former Department of Justice lawyer who now heads the Public Interest Legal Foundation told Breitbart News. “Even worse than doing nothing about it, they are trying to cover it up,” he said.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D), a longtime Hillary Clinton crony, instructed election officials to ignore inquiries about possible electoral irregularities, Adams says. This summer after the Supreme Court of Virginia threw out McAuliffe’s blanket clemency order, the governor defiantly restored voting rights to 13,000 felons and vowed to take that figure to 200,000.

Just a few illegal votes can affect the outcome of an election. Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring (D) defeated Mark Obenshain (R) in 2013 by just 165 votes out of 2.2 million votes cast.

The thousand-odd non-citizens currently on the rolls, all identified by name in the report, may be the tip of the iceberg. The problem “is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data regarding aliens on the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia localities.”

“Even in this small sample, when the voting history of this small sample of alien registrants is examined, nearly 200 verified ballots were cast before they were removed from the rolls,” the report states. “Each one of them is likely a felony.”

And in Harrisonburg, Va., local officials and the FBI are investigating after 18 to 20 potentially fraudulent voter registrations were filed in the names of dead people. Democrat Andrew Spieles reportedly admitted filing the documents.

Recent reports also indicate the dead have been voting in Colorado. There are at least 78 dead people currently registered to vote in the Centennial State.

Obviously, fraudulent and inaccurate voter registrations open the door to fraudulent voting.

A 2012 Pew Center on the States study revealed around 24 million — one out of every eight — U.S. voter registrations are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate. About 2.75 million people are registered to vote in more than one state and more than 1.8 million dead people are still on voter rolls.

Left-wing activists who don’t care about voter fraud register millions of voters every election, sometimes with potentially disastrous results. For example, in 2008, ACORN collected more than 1 million voter registrations and 400,000 of those applications “were rejected by election officials for a variety of reasons, including duplicate registrations, incomplete forms, and fraudulent submissions,” the New York Times reported at the time.

The infamous left-wing activist group ACORN and at least 54 individuals connected to it have been convicted of voter fraud and related offenses, as I reported in my 2011 book, Subversion Inc.

Voting by illegal aliens and other non-citizens – millions of whom are registered to vote – is widespread, according to a report released two years ago by Jesse Richman and David Earnest, two political science professors at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.

“We find that some non-citizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and Congressional elections,” the professors say, adding that non-citizens favor Democratic candidates over Republican candidates.

“Non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress,” the authors write. They estimate that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008, followed by 2.2 percent of non-citizens in 2010.

Indeed, Al Franken (D) triumphed over incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman (R) in Minnesota in 2009 by a mere 312 votes after a protracted, suspicious recount presided over by leftist Secretary of State Mark Ritchie (D). Illegally cast ballots may have put Franken over the top.

As Trump suggested, double-voting and triple-voting are distressingly common.

In California’s presidential primary this year, “in just three counties, Contra Costa, Alameda and Santa Clara, 194 people voted twice, suggesting the abuse statewide might run into the thousands,” the East Bay Times reported.

Earlier this year, Robert Monroe was sent to jail in Wisconsin after being charged with 13 counts of fraud, including multiple voting and voting twice in the 2012 presidential contest.

Pasco Parker, a Tennessee man was discovered to have who voted in the 2012 presidential election three times in three different states — Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. “It’s too easy to vote twice; it comes down to your honor,” Jay DeLancy of the North Carolina-based Voting Integrity Project, which caught Parker in the act, told Fox News. DeLancy’s group found another 148 cases of suspected double-voting and turned its files over to authorities.

In 2013, Cincinnati community organizer Melowese Richardson was jailed for illegally voting five times in different elections. In 2011, Mississippi NAACP executive Lessadolla Sowers was imprisoned for 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots.

Voter fraud is easy to commit as video journalist James O’Keefe III, the ACORN slayer, has proven over and over again. The Project Veritas founder had little trouble uncovering fraud and questionable election practices in Colorado, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

This summer O’Keefe set out to show that voter impersonation takes place at the polls. He gave the names of four well-known Michiganders including rapper Eminem to election officials and was offered a ballot in all but one case. In 2012 an O’Keefe colleague gave the name of then-U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in Holder’s own voting precinct in Washington, D.C. and was offered his ballot.

Some on the Left are in denial about voter fraud and many of the rest know the truth but lie anyway. Earlier this year U.S. District Judge Lynn S. Adelman of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, a Bill Clinton appointee, claimed that “virtually no voter impersonation occurs” in Wisconsin and that “no evidence suggests that voter-impersonation fraud will become a problem at any time in the foreseeable future.”

The Left’s voter fraud denial industry, underwritten by radical billionaires like George Soros and the leftist groups he funds such as Center for American Progress, Demos, Media Matters for America, and the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, routinely misrepresent the facts about voter fraud and spread propaganda.

If you believe voter fraud exists, you are smeared by these leftists as a racist and a kook.

Which means there are millions of Americans who are about to get smeared by the Left.
